Medical contract with the Farmers' High School, and subscription list of students, 1859.

James M. Thompson, M.D. contracted with the Farmers' High School of Pennsylvania, 19 March 1859, to provide medical services to the students, faculty, and employees for $90 a semester. Students signed an agreement to pay $1 by 1 April 1859 to pay for the physician. Includes a note to Thompson from his nephew, Glen W. Cooper, 8 December 1859, requesting $1 credit on his bill.
